BOKA TB-12 Manual Sheet Metal Bead Roller
The TB-12 is a hand-operated rotary forming machine for local beads, crimped tube ends and stepped sheet metal edges. Its 200 mm throat depth provides access for forming suitable sheets and cylindrical workpieces used in ventilation fabrication, sheet metal assembly and repair work.
Four standard forming die sets
- S1: Rounded bead profile
- S2: Tube-end crimping profile
- S3: An alternative bead profile with a different contour
- S4: Stepped-edge profile
Use the dies as matched sets. Eight additional profiles, E1 to E8, are available as optional accessories and must be purchased separately.
Adjustable tooling alignment
The upper shaft moves vertically to open the rolls and adjust their spacing. The lower shaft slides axially and locks in position, allowing the upper and lower profiles to be aligned for the selected operation.
Hand-operated workshop setup
The hand crank controls feed without an electrical connection. Secure the cast iron machine body to a load-bearing workbench and leave adequate clearance for the handle and workpiece. This manual TB-12 should not be confused with the powered ETB-12.

The 1.2 mm figure is not a universal capacity for all metals or hardness conditions. Suitability depends on the material and forming profile. This machine forms local profiles; it is not a slip roll for rolling whole sheets into cylinders. Secure the machine before use, follow the lubrication instructions and keep hands, loose clothing and jewellery clear of moving rolls.
