Product information
BOKA W01-5116
The BOKA W01-5116 is a manual slip roll for forming sheet metal into arcs, cylinders and cones. With an approximate working width of 1295 mm and a capacity of 1.5 mm mild steel, it is suitable for making sleeves, curved covers and other workshop components.
The hand drive supports progressive forming over multiple passes. A lever-and-cam lower-roll adjustment lets you adapt the curve to the workpiece. Ground rolls and hardened steel gearing support the manual drive.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A: Yes. The W01‑5116 not only rolls round arches, but also enables conical sheet metal processing by adjusting the lower roller and swiveling the upper roller sideways. The three integrated wire grooves also allow for the bending of round bars into handles, hooks, or decorative elements.
A: Thanks to hardened steel gears and precision-ground cast iron rollers, regular cleaning and light lubrication—e.g., every 50 hours of operation with a little lubricating oil—is sufficient to ensure consistently stable performance.
A: The stand is not included. We recommend purchasing a stand compatible with the W01‑5116 separately for optimal stability and ease of use.
